We’re looking for an accomplished, highly-skilled sales development star who can dig in and learn the needs of their prospect and employ a variety of techniques to engage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

arrowGenerate new business opportunities in target accounts and Fortune 2000 accounts to fuel the Enterprise pipeline.

arrowWork closely with Sales Management and individual Sales Directors to develop targeted lists, identify key influencers and decision makers, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.

arrowResearch and build new and existing accounts (i.e., adding contacts, pre-call planning, sending regular emails, strategic appointment setting).

arrowConduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in Target and Prospect Accounts.

arrowSuccessfully manage and overcome prospect objections.

arrowBecome a trusted advisor and develop superior relationships with prospects.

arrowProvide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization.

arrowParticipate in demand generation programs (events, webinars, etc.) as needed.

arrowAchieve or exceed monthly quotas of Qualified Opportunities and Closed Business.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

arrow1 year of experience in a lead qualification /inside sales role, preferably in Technology or SaaS.

arrowExperience calling into and qualifying decision makers and influencers within large enterprise accounts.

arrowAbility to understand customer requirements and identify potential Aria Systems solutions to fulfill those needs.

arrowCold-calling experience.

arrowEmail marketing experience.

arrowDetail and goal oriented.

arrowPassion for Technology and the Cloud.

arrowExcellent written/verbal communication skills.

arrowAbility to follow a process, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

arrowHigh energy, positive attitude, motivated, driven, and self-starting individual.

arrowAbility to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

arrowAbility to work out of the San Francisco office.
