We’re looking for an accomplished, highly-skilled copywriter who can deliver short-form sales and marketing writing and digital content that can attract and grow an audience — writing that increases conversions, boosts customer engagement rates, and generates leads.
Write and edit tight, impactful copy for multi-channel digital marketing campaigns — primarily landing pages, email cadences, social media direct messages, and sales phone scripts.
Write compelling and effective email subject lines that boost open rates.
Edit and proofread digital copy for quality, consistency, clarity, brevity, accuracy, and readability.
Collaborate closely and communicate clearly with other marketing team members and internal stakeholders to hit established deadlines and to drive consistent and compelling messaging in our clients’ voice and tone.
Synthesize information from our clients’ content assets to develop stories that effectively communicate with specific audiences and resonate with industry interests.
Work comfortably within agreed-upon turnaround times — generally three (3) business days per task, unless otherwise indicated.
Receive and internalize feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to make successful corrections and edits.
Two or more years of experience as a copywriter or sales/marketing communications specialist.
A strong portfolio of work for web and digital, with a blend of editorial and storytelling skills.
Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, compelling, customer-centric copy and content for digital channels.
Demonstrated experience in content strategy, including development of content goals and KPIs.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Demonstrated desire to produce excellent content and commitment to continuous learning. Strong desire to take initiative, demonstrate ownership, and to follow-through on projects.
Work independently, synthesize complex concepts, and be willing to ask for additional help and guidance whenever needed.
Energetic mindset with the talent to produce multiple options fast, on deadline, and within format specifications (i.e., word count, target audience, voice, style, etc.).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder setting.
Ability to advocate effectively for fundamental practices and principles of best-in-class content creation and development.
Ability to adapt to shifting projects and priorities.
Fast and effective research skills.
Enthusiasm for web metrics that gauge content performance.

Experience with B2B marketing and sales.
Experience in technology / telecommunications / staffing industries.
