We are looking for a Sales Enablement Content Developer who will collaborate on multiple training and enablement initiatives and work with our clients’ subject-matter experts on developing sales enablement content for all customer-facing salespeople and CSMs. You are someone who believes in showing work in-progress and is comfortable taking and giving feedback to improve a project. You want to learn something new and push your skills into unfamiliar territories, but also love the idea of influencing the way teams work through your accomplishments and experiences. You enjoy throwing creative solutions at a problem and have the ability to step back to evaluate the measurable success of your approach.
You will work side by side with our team of customer acquisition experts including messaging strategists, design wizards, video gurus, and technical ninjas to create compelling learning experiences that help our clients’ sales teams acquire customers.
Developing sales training content including participant materials, facilitator guides, and sales job aids.
Designing and developing ad hoc curriculum relevant to critical business initiatives.
Creating learning solutions focused on specific selling skills (negotiating, objection handling, selling to executives, etc.).
Developing training programs for live presentations by subject-matter experts.
Consulting with subject-matter experts to ensure programs follow best practice in adult learning.
Designing lesson plans/course outlines in partnership with subject-matter experts, ensuring thought-through learning design, and experience and easy scaling of our programs to multiple delivery teams.
Developing e-learning content and courses will be a major part of this role as well as adapting existing content to e-learning platforms.
Work with Product Marketing/Management to structure and format their content so that it aligns with sales messaging, learning design, and the consumption needs of field sales organization.
Expert verbal and written communication skills with the ability to discover, understand, and translate business requirements into actionable items.
Recent sales or sales enablement related experience.
Proven track record of effective instructional design.
Working knowledge of customer-driven sales process. Challenger (or like) sales methodology.
Experienced in the principles of active and adaptive learning.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track both working projects and learner progress.
Ability to drive a project to completion, owning the standard of completed work across multiple stakeholders to deliver an impactful learner experience.
Experience with gamification is beneficial.
Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint.
Experience with e-learning software like Allego, Mindtickle, Saleshood, Evolve, Articulate, Storyline, Intellum, Panopto, or Captivate preferred.
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign is beneficial.
